AC Speedtech specialise in a total Engine Management System (EMS) / Engine Control Unit (ECU) Re-Calibration Programme, which is also commonly referred to Re-Mapping.

Our extensive background in performance tuning and industry leading software knowledge allow us to adjust vital engine parameters for virtually any performance application. A lot of people say calibration is just about putting the right numbers in the right boxes, however, we have found that experience in this area of performance tuning can make a fast car even more driveable than off-the-shelf calibration files.

We pride ourselves on offering 1st class Engine and Transmission Control Unit Re-Calibration, and are fortunate enough to work alongside very talented calibration powertrain engineers (some ex. Bosch) to offer beautifully refined calibration files. How can software be beautiful?! I guess that’s just the way we think!

The topic of calibration / re-mapping is extensive, and we couldn’t possibly list every single scenario in which we can offer our services. However, we have the facilities, knowledge and experience to access and recalibrate virtually any Electronic Fuel Injection / Engine Control Unit powered engine (be it Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, Bio-Fuel, Automotive, Motorcyle, Military, Marine, Aero….. you name it, if it’s got a Computer in it, we are able to access using factory or bespoke developed software and hardware and make the refinements you need).

Our calibration work is supported by extensive road testing / data acquisition, and/or rolling road based recalibration where required (we have regular access to Dyno Dynamics 4 wheel Drive Rolling Road). We are also able to arrange test track calibration services, where we are able to support Race Car and extreme scenario tuning (e.g. Launch Control, V-Max, Stability Control. ABS Tuning).
