Corbeau Seats have been at the forefront of innovative racing seat design, concentrating on safety and comfort since the release of their first race seat back in 1963.
Corbeau has some great racing heritage and in 1992 we became the first British manufacturer to acquire FIA homologation on our motorsport seats. Fast forward 25 years and 2016 saw us launch our biggest achievement to date, the introduction of our new FIA 8862-2009, 10 year homologated, Predator seat.
Over the years Corbeau has not only focused on the motorsport market, we expanded our reach to catering for a wide array of aftermarket seating, from classic cars to highly modified machines and everything in between. They now supply marine, stadium and office seating.
Predator is Corbeau Seats first ever seat designed entirely using the latest in computer aided design, engineering and manufacturing technologies to realise the stiffest and most advanced seat currently on the market.
During development of the original specification, Corbeau Seats took into account information and requirements gathered from a host of drivers from every motorsport discipline, along with specific accident and research data. Based on this and strict FIA regulations, we have achieved a design that meets or exceeds every set target. Internally Predator is clad with energy absorbing urethane foams, with highly developed rate-sensitive damping properties that behave differently under varying loads to ensure the highest possible degree of energy absorption in all impact scenarios.

Incorporating the HANS® comfort zone as standard and giving drivers the opportunity to install alternate base cushion sizes, this seat ensures the driver has full functionality of their safety equipment and a comfortable seating position at all times.

We offer 3 different shell construction options for our Motorsport range.
SYSTEM 1 – GRP/KEVLAR
Our entry level shell manufactured using GRP/KEVLAR.
SYSTEM 3 – KEVLAR/CARBON
Providing a stiffer construction for enhanced chassis feedback, whilst saving weight over our GRP Shell.
SYSTEM 5 – CARBON
Our range topping shell option, combines an aesthetically pleasing design and further weight saving.

Our Motorsport seating range is available in two size options, Standard and XL. Standard is recommended for a waist size up to 34”, with XL recommended from a 34” waist size.

The Pro-Series X bucket seat is the preferred choice of motorsport teams and enthusiasts worldwide where space is at a premium and a complete head protection seat may not be easily installed. With its increased lateral support and shoulder stiffness, Pro-Series X a must have for those motorsport disciplines where high G directional changes are challenging for the driver.
Offering exceptional lateral support and driver comfort, the Pro-Series X now boasts the latest foam and fabric innovations, including our new Jacquard fabric, high grip textured material and a vinyl option for all terrain use. These changes have enhanced its durability, performance and appearance. Complete with our specialised HANS® comfort zone, ensures full functionality with your HANS® device.
Featuring core DNA from Revenge X, the same subtle detail changes in the design have been applied for 2018 along with FIA re-homologation:
• New composite lay up in high stress areas increasing stiffness
• New designed inserts using 10mm 12.9 cap head bolt fixings
• Improved Head protection zone to ensure full functionality and safe use of FHR devices
