ACSpeedtech have tried most combinations of components on the market and will only use what we trust and are happy to measure our reputation against. We won’t compromise on cost over engineering. It has been proven time and time again to be a false economy to cut corners. For sure, that company down the road might be cheaper and quicker but are they building to the same specification using the combined experience enjoyed at ACspeedtech?

Our portfolio of engine building doesn’t begin and end with the VR38DETT. We also build other marques such as Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Mitsubishi…… to name a few.

Engine Building.

Each ACSpeedtech engine build assembly starts life with a thoroughly inspected selection of high quality components as the foundation of the build. Every block assembly is assembled by a professional and experience engineer. All rotational components are inspected and precision balanced.

Each engine is built in-house by our engineers. The only process that isn’t don’t at our Birchwood facility is our balancing and machine work. We personally transport all components and do not use or involve 3^rd parties, couriers, taxi’s or bike riders to ensure full quality control throughout the full engine build process.
